In water ideally between 28 and 34°, in a pool or natural environment, you let yourself be carried away. Equipped with floats and a nose clip, you are invited to let yourself go, like seaweed in the ocean. The practitioner adapts to your breathing and listens to your body, to accompany you in your more or less immersive discovery.
