Passionate oyster farmers, our story owes everything to a family passion that has been passed down for three generations. We are delighted to welcome you to our new tasting counter, Le St Pierre, located in Bouzigues, the cradle of the Mediterranean oyster. Between the fishermen’s huts, you’ll enjoy Tarbouriech and Bouzigues oysters, the famous mussel brasucade, platters and other shellfish specialties, accompanied by a fine selection of local wines, all the while contemplating the breeding tables and the ballet of the oyster-farming barges. It’s this art of living and conviviality that we’d like to share with you in a timeless setting. A breathtaking view of Mont Saint-Clair, tasting the delicious Tarbouriech special oysters, bred with the solar tide.
