Are you a sailor with good swimming skills? Try your hand at sailing (moussaillon, optimist, catamaran), diving, sea kayaking, windsurfing or stand-up paddle. Courses for the general public and discovery outings. Minimum age 6 – must be able to swim – registration form to be filled in at the Frontignan municipal nautical center.
