When is the 2026 COCAGNE Festival? Sunday 5 April between 10am and 10pm.
In 2026, we’ll be celebrating the 50th edition of this unique festival, which pays tribute to the history, heritage and festive spirit of this beautiful, characterful village.
On the programme:
Activities for children: mini-farm, donkey ride, charioteer rally, vintage merry-go-round, etc.
Entertainment for all:
– Medieval entertainment
– Climbing the “mât de cocagne
– Tightrope walker – Double world record holder
– Historical parade in period costumes created by the association
– Banquet of the Sun King” staged by volunteers
– Italian flag show
– Traditional dances and music
– A magician
Craft market :
– Many craftsmen (traditional pastel dyeing, glass blowing, basketry…)
– Millas, oreillettes, crêpes…
In the evening :
– Fireworks
– Fire show
