Immerse yourself in the fairytale world of Aladin, a rare and poetic work by Béziers-based composer Jane Vieu, born of her collaboration with Lucien Métivet. Created at the beginning of the 20th century, this fifteen-piece shadow play is captivating in its humor, finesse and originality.
This show takes you to China, to the heart of the marvellous lamp, between genies, palaces and spells. A truly dreamlike journey, carried by Jane Vieu’s delicate, expressive music, the voices of the young singers, the gestures of the actors and the pianists from the Conservatoire.
A vibrant tribute to a local artist, to be enjoyed by all the family, between visual poetry, musical theater and the magic of the imagination.
With opera, piano and theater classes from the Conservatoire Béziers Méditerranée.
Under the direction of Maud Le Bourdonnec (piano, projects and chamber music), Anna Vilas (theater) and Sophie Angebault (opera).
