The new exhibition in the collections of the Musée régional d?art contemporain Occitanie borrows its title ALLONS from a mural by the artist MCMitout. This injunction can express consolation, affection, encouragement, annoyance or impatience. This word – with its many meanings – has been used to bring together works by more than 40 artists in this new display of the collections.
This exhibition focuses on artists whose work echoes contemporary issues, whether ecological, political or poetic. These artists maintain a relationship with the present, while opening up new horizons for the construction of a common space.
Open Tuesday to Friday 10am-6pm and weekends 1pm-6pm.
