Duration: 1 hour Starting from our Base Mer, after the welcome, our instructor will give you an introduction to the basics of classic paddling, followed by the particularities of electric assistance.then, in a small group (maximum 6 people per guide), you’ll set off on a superb little discovery trip by the sea, weather permitting, or to discover the “Venice of Languedoc” (harbor and canals).Level: Intermediate, from 15 years old, able to swim, comfortable on the water.bring: swimsuit, flip-flops, t-shirt or lycra, change of clothes and sun protection.supplied: electrically-assisted Sipaboards paddle, paddle, leash and lifejacket.
