Director and actor Jean-Claude Baudracco, an authentic Provencal who has appeared on the big and small screens in numerous stories from the south of France: Le temps des Amours (M.Pagnol), Les courriers de la mort (Pierre Magnan), le Camarguais etc… has adapted Marcel Pagnol’s cinematographic work, for the first time on stage since the release of Pagnol’s film in 1940.
Following the success of MARIUS, FANNY and CESAR over the last few seasons, Jean-Claude Baudracco and his talented actors, true guardians of the temple of the southern repertory, are back with this major work by Marcel Pagnol, on a new national tour.
