A festive day celebrating food, taking place on Saturday 26 September 2026.
On the programme:
10.00 am – 12.00 pm: Anti-waste cookery workshop (booking required), in partnership with the MSA
From 1.00 pm: Bread-making workshop with Au pain levé
From 2.00 pm: Local producers’ market organised by the grocery shop, with tastings of their produce, in partnership with the MSA
Information and awareness-raising stands, a plant swap with Les jardins de Gardouch, round-table discussions and plenty of other activities
2.00 pm: Collaborative workshop – The Agri’Alim Mural (registration required), in partnership with the Communauté de Communes des Terres du Lauragais
3.00 pm – 4.00 pm: Guided walk to discover edible plants (registration required) with Lauragais Nature
5.00 pm: Prize-giving ceremony for the “From Ear to Plate” photography competition
From 8.00 pm: Closing night with a “Champ Libre” open mic night
And don’t miss MAGALETTE all day long with its delicious savoury galettes and sweet crêpes!
The workshops are free and require registration / Suitable for all ages
