Le Cap d’Agde
Experience the magic of sunset: set off at sunset and finish under the stars! This semi-nocturnal race, organized by the City of Agde, is a celebration for every runner, regardless of their level.

The concept? Run, thrill and party as the sun dips into the sea. DJs, live bands and lively refreshment stations will be dotted along the route to boost your adrenaline.
The route is designed to take you past iconic locations: the beaches and banks of the Hérault, the historic centre of Agde, the marina, etc.
Start and finish at Cap d’Agde, near the Palais des Congrès.
The race village will be set up on the Rambla du Soleil on 26 and 27 June. Race numbers can be collected from the village.
• The marathon – 42.2 km
This iconic route takes you through the famous districts of Agde, from the seafront to the historic centre, via the banks of the Hérault, finishing on the quays of Cap d’Agde.
Route consisting of 2 loops
• The half marathon – 21.1 km
This half marathon allows you to discover Agde and its iconic neighbourhoods at night!
Race along the seafront from Cap d’Agde to Grau d’Agde, then along the Hérault to Agde and back to Cap d’Agde.
• The 10 km
Discover the most beautiful spots in Cap d’Agde: the beaches and Fort Brescou from the seafront, the wooded areas around the golf course, the Clape pine forest which houses the Ephèbe museum…
• Children’s races from 400 m to 2 km
There are four courses available depending on age:
7-9 years old: 400 m
10-11 years old: 1000 m
12-13 years old: 1400 m
14-15 years old: 2000 m
These races are not timed.
