TOULOUSE
For its 4th edition, the “célébrons le mandingue” festival, our association’s plan for 24 and 25 January is to celebrate the women artists of this culture in particular, through dance and music courses (balafon, djembe, singing), as well as a concert by the group Djeliguinet and its children‧
The aim is to discover and learn from the rare female artists who populate the international Mandingo scene.
This festival is organised by the Association Kobenawati, a Toulouse-based association promoting West African artistic culture.
