The Théâtre de Poche’s Review: A POETIC ENCOUNTER IN THE HEART OF THE GARDEN
A tender and mischievous show that blends burlesque, mime, and visual poetry. A delicate moment, full of charm and tenderness.
One morning like any other, two gardeners meet in their vegetable garden to work.
As they transplant and prune as usual, they suddenly find themselves face to face with a caterpillar. But who is this newcomer?
They quickly get to know each other and discover they have something in common: a love of good food and the pleasures of the senses! What a joyful bond!
But when our two gardeners go off for a little nap, the caterpillar invites her friends to a cabbage feast. This doesn’t sit well at all with our gardeners: it’s not always easy to live together and understand one another! What follows is a series of chases, misunderstandings, and heartfelt explanations—leading up to the magical moment of the strange metamorphosis…
