The Établissement Français du Sang is organising a blood drive over three days at the Salle Claude Nougaro:
Monday 23 February
Tuesday 24 February
Wednesday 25th February
It’s best to make an appointment online for the Revel blood drive (available 15 days before the blood drive).
A simple process
To give blood, you need to :
Weigh at least 50 kg
Be aged between 18 and 70
A simple procedure
You fill in a questionnaire;
A doctor will take your blood pressure;
You sit quietly while the sample is taken, which lasts around ten minutes;
After the test, you have a compulsory snack for fifteen minutes before you can go home.
Every day, 900 donors need to be collected in the Occitanie region in order to maintain blood reserves and meet the ever-increasing demand.
