CASTANET-TOLOSAN
**Primo Gaouzi Concert**
————————
A singer-songwriter* from the Toulouse region, Primo Gaouzi sings of the foibles of our contemporary world with sharp insight, passion and tenderness.
Accompanied by the piano, guitar or accordion, his compositions bring to life fabulous outcasts, celestial tramps, lovesick lovers, clairvoyant drunkards and other misfits unable to cope with the madness of the modern world, wandering the streets of a twilight Toulouse.
**His musical world blends influences from traditional French chanson, jazz and gypsy swing.**
His lyrics draw inspiration both from the realist chanson tradition on the one hand, and from surrealist (notably Aragon, Eluard and Desnos) and classical poetry on the other.
