The Belvédère team welcomes you to a new, convivial culinary experience! We offer a warm and comprehensive event, a chance to chat with the fisherman and a tasting featuring the fish prepared in various ways.
Little known and often confused with mackerel, with which it frequently travels.
It travels in shoals, in waters between 10 and 500 metres deep. Its silvery body, measuring 15 to 45 centimetres in length, is lined with a row of rather formidable spines that enable it to defend itself against predators. The horse mackerel can be sold whole, as fillets, and even smoked or salted.
