SAINT-FELIX-LAURAGAIS
Jean-Pierre PIALOUX, our Maitre d’hôtel and sommelier, runs the oenology course. He will introduce you to the wines of the South-West and introduce you to wine-tasting techniques. The wine tasting class starts at 6pm (duration 1h30). You will be offered a selection of cold meats and cheeses to accompany the wines.
