Description

Céline Taffarello and Head Chef Philippe Jeansing offer a cookery class once or twice a month. They will reveal the recipe for the Auberge’s Cassoulet, the 2022 World Cassoulet Champion of Toulouse. You will learn cooking techniques and how to use fresh produce. The class lasts around 2? hours, starting at 3pm. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 people per class. Private lessons available on request and subject to availability (minimum 6 people).
