Description

Céline Taffarello and Head Chef Philippe Jeansing offer a cookery class once or twice a month. They will reveal the recipe for the Auberge’s Cassoulet, the 2022 World Cassoulet Champion of Toulouse. You will learn cooking techniques and how to use fresh produce. The class lasts 2 hours, starting at 3pm. We can accommodate a maximum of 7 people per class. Private lessons available on request and subject to availability (minimum 6 people).
