VERFEIL
We process all their milk on site into cheeses and yoghurts, which we sell at the farm and at open-air markets in the region. We attach particular importance to the environment, working to restore and preserve the soil, biodiversity and water.
Our aim is to feed the local population with healthy, fresh produce that tastes just like home. Our ewes graze exclusively on Verfeil meadows, and in winter we feed them the hay we made the previous summer. We also grow barley and broad beans to supplement their feed.
