The Aïki Goshindo en Lauragais association invites you to discover Japanese martial arts through demonstrations of Aïki-Goshindo (bare-handed defence), Iaïdo (Japanese sabre) and Jo-do (stick). Members will share their knowledge and passion, presenting the principles and history of each discipline.
