TOULOUSE
Join us for an exceptional 4-course dinner with 8 wines at an exceptional venue in Toulouse.
An 8-hand dinner! For this eight-handed dinner, chefs Léopold Gillen from Bistrot August (rue Riquet) and Paul Decouart from Les Passionnés (allée de Brienne) have teamed up with David and Lionel from the caterer Cuits’in in Pompignan near Fronton. They have concocted a menu that is both refined and seasonal. After the appetisers, the 4-course menu pays tribute to local produce and gastronomy.
4 courses, 8 wines: an exceptional dinner, exceptional wines! With this concept, each dish is accompanied by a tasting of one or two carefully selected wines to match the dish. In keeping with the Fronton appellation, the best négrettes will be served alongside other more original wines such as local bubbles or bouysselet whites, an old white grape variety found in the Frontonnais region that produces some very fine white wines.
Given the exceptional location, the number of places is inevitably limited. Right in the centre of Saint Cyprien, this unusual place for a dinner will win you over.
Other dinners have been announced for early 2026, but the chefs and venues remain secret…
