BALARUC-LES-BAINS
Régis Truchy presents his incredible one-man show where nothing goes as planned…
A true living cartoon, he moves his body like a disjointed clown. Set to iconic music, he takes the audience on a journey through the history of eccentric dance, bringing to life the discipline’s greatest figures. From Charlie Chaplin to Daft Punk, via Bob Fosse, Steven Spielberg, Madonna, and Michael Jackson, *Eccentric* is the only show where you’ll see a conductor, a mermaid, E.T., a dwarf, and a robot dance with explosive energy!
Recognized worldwide since the 1990s as a hip-hop dance virtuoso and a poet of movement through his clown-like performance style, Régis Truchy offers a sensitive, artistic vision of body language—blending performance and humor—that brings forth a whole range of emotions in motion.
“Eccentric” is a concentrated burst of poetry and high-octane energy that transports us to a whimsical world where it’s wonderful to rediscover our inner child.
