From 22 to 24 May, the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park and its tourist partners are organising the Echappées pastorales. A weekend to discover the breeders, their stories, the landscapes they shape and their products.
On Friday evening, the La Source restaurant in Les Cammazes will be opening its doors to an exceptional culinary experience: one or more dishes inspired by natural meadows, local meats and local produce.
