Between 1984 and 1989, they released six albums featuring numerous hits with powerful, heartfelt lyrics and melodies. The band earned a platinum record, several gold records and even a French music award. They performed on some of Paris’s biggest stages, including seven consecutive nights at L’Olympia and at the Palais des Sports, now known as Le Dôme. Led by Alain Llorca, the band’s iconic singer and bassist, GOLD is now a unique live act, backed by renowned sound and lighting engineers, and is once again hitting the European roads.
