BULLDOG
Festive jazz and world music – a contagious musical delight!
Four friends with 25 years of shared musical adventures, who have crossed paths, parted ways and met again, from concerts to wild dances, from street performances to eccentric events, from recordings to unrestrained film-concerts… To such an extent that it’s impossible to say what kind of tapestry they’ll weave.
Will it be festive, tinged with jazz, sprinkled with ‘world music’, or all at once? Who can say?
In any case, these four know each other, appreciate each other, respect each other, to such an extent that their joy in creating music is infectious, that their enthusiasm spills over from the stage…

Cast: Laurent Guitton: tuba – Didier Dulieux: accordina – Eric Boccalini: drums – Cécile Grabias: flutes
Duration: 2x45min

9.00pm > THEATRE
DOLÉANCES: Hear us!
COMPAGNIE LA FAÇON
A journey through the 2018–19 Doléances notebooks, civic theatre tinged with humour
The Doléances notebooks are full of stories, questions, rants, irony, cries for help, humour, bursts of vitality and rebellion. “DOLÉANCES: Hear us” gives substance to these voices, adding nothing but music to prolong their echo. An actress, an actor, a musician, and, from among these thousands of contributions, those in which people speak to us with the greatest force. Come and listen to them. If you contributed to these notebooks, perhaps you’ll recognise yourself in them. If you haven’t contributed, perhaps you’ll recognise yourself there too…

Cast: Muriel Benazeraf, Fabrice Guérin: actors – Laurent Guitton: tuba
Duration: 1h05
Production grant: Espace Roguet Residency
Support and co-production: La Grainerie, Théâtre du Grand Rond, Le Tracteur, La Gare aux Artistes, Espace Roguet (CD 31), the Departmental Archives (31)
