The Culture Bar-Bars Festival has become the second biggest cultural event in France after the Fête de la musique, embodying the fundamental role played by small venues such as bistros, cafés concerts, cafés cultures, clubs and music bars in the emergence of culture, the arts and community life. These are venues that are essential not only to the careers of artists but also to the well-being of audiences in search of an escape.
This year’s programme includes a host of artistic offerings of all kinds (music, stand-up, exhibitions, drag shows, dance…).
