The Great Blue Storytelling Festival

AGDE

Description

From the heart of the city, set off on an imaginary journey.
For its second edition, the “Les Contes de la Grande Bleue” festival invites you to discover new horizons through tales from around the world, colourful performances and plenty of surprises.

In a spirit of conviviality and wonder, stories bring people together, sharing their magic through words, music and laughter. This year, the Festival takes you to the shores of the Great Blue and all around the world. On the programme: traditional and reimagined tales, shows, puppets, creative and fun workshops, a treasure hunt…

After a first stop with a young adventurer in Africa, followed by an equally adventurous Little Red Riding Hood in the woods, the journey continues with a storytelling aperitif, both unique and festive.

Over the following days, as you make your way from one stop to the next, you’ll discover a whale unlike any other, a 20,000-league journey under the sea loosely adapted from Jules Verne’s novel, and a voyage even more loosely inspired by Homer’s Odyssey. You might even come across a fearless little boy on the waves, just after a stop-off with a mysterious Baba Yaga, an unexpected mermaid and some funny puppets…
Once again this year, the journey promises to be unforgettable.
