The Wackids are children of the 80s. Back then, the year 2000 was the FUTURE. We imagined flying cars, we got the Renault Clio. We dreamed of tele-transportation, we got the Nokia 3310. We fantasized about 3D TV, we got reality TV. But when we listened to rock music, we longed for it to stand the test of time and continue to thrill us in the 21st century. For the 4th opus in their Wacky-Odyssey, The Wackids take you on board their space shuttle FUTUR 2000 for an intergalactic voyage through the musical culture of the 21st century.
Their mission: to prove to the younger generation that rock has survived the Y2K bug and the many pitfalls in its path.
From Auto-Tune to Tecktonik and Renée la Taupe, the battle was not won. And yet? ROCK IS NOT DEAD!
