In October, photography takes over the city for the 2nd edition of the “Hors Cadre” festival. Twenty urban and suburban venues welcome some thirty professional photographers, an amateur exhibition and the Focus selection, which highlights three talents from Occitanie.

vinhas” can be translated as “people of the vines”. Here, the vine, the emblematic plant of our land, is celebrated as a central element of popular culture.
Yann Courté ? To the four winds
Rather than freeze the wind, the artist focuses on revealing its traces: how it distorts, displaces or transforms the elements it passes through.
