In October, photography takes over the city for the 2nd edition of the “Hors Cadre” festival. Twenty urban and suburban venues welcome some thirty professional photographers, an amateur exhibition and the Focus selection, which highlights three talents from Occitanie.
Les Ostals presents “Utopies” by Anne Eliayan and Christian Pic: the exhibition explores the avant-garde utopias of architect Jean Balladur, a pupil of Sartre and Le Corbusier.
