Sarah McCoy?s powerful, moving voice and singular universe, at the crossroads of blues and alternative soul with electronic accents, have made her a key figure on today?s music scene in just a few years.
An American pianist and singer based in France, she has won over a wide audience with her two critically acclaimed albums? Blood Siren (Blue Note, 2019) and High Priestess (2023),
Her collaborations with renowned artists and producers such as Chilly Gonzales, Philippe Cohen Solal (Gotan Project) and an intense stage presence, often described as overwhelming. It was in New Orleans, in the electric atmosphere of the cabarets and clubs where she played in residence for several years, that Sarah forged her stage identity: a blend of raw vulnerability, dark humor, gentle rage and total sincerity.
She still brings this heritage to the stage today, with an instinctive dramaturgy where every note and every silence counts. She returns for the 2025-2026 season with an ephemeral solo piano-voice tour. In this more stripped-down, intimate format, Sarah revisits her most emblematic pieces, while opening the stage to new compositions in the making.
