CARCASSONNE
Loïc Tran
Loïc Tran is an indie folk singer-songwriter whose music lies somewhere between Cocoon, Angus & Julia Stone, and Ben Howard. At the age of 20, a devastating heart diagnosis dramatically changed the course of his life: Loïc came close to death twice before quite literally returning to life.
From this experience emerged an intimate and clear-eyed songwriting style, shaped by universal themes such as vulnerability, grief, fear, and above all, acceptance. Far from being overly sentimental, his songs offer a sense of refuge. They face reality head-on while always choosing gentleness. His music does not dramatize life’s hardships—it soothes them.
On stage, this sincerity takes on its full meaning: a deeply authentic presence, free from artifice, moving audiences through its honesty, sensitivity, and restraint.
