FESTIVAL SUR TOUS LES TONS 2026 : CONCERT TARANN – IRISH CELTIC MUSIC

MEZE

Description

Tarann is a quartet deeply rooted in traditional music, drawing inspiration from the Breton, Irish, and Scottish repertoires.

Born out of spontaneous encounters during Irish sessions in Lodève, the group has built itself around a strong musical bond and a shared love of making music together. Led by Jeanne’s sensitive voice—who also plays the whistle—the group weaves a rich and nuanced soundscape.

Gaétan (guitar, bouzouki, whistle), Rémy (guitar, bouzouki, tenor banjo), and Yannick (bodhrán) provide a rhythmic and harmonic foundation that is both solid and lively, allowing each piece to breathe and evolve freely.

Tarann offers a repertoire blending traditional tunes, reimagined melodies, and original arrangements, where the energy of dance, the delicacy of ballads, and the subtlety of instrumental textures intersect. Between dynamic surges and moments of stillness, their music invites you on a sensory journey to the heart of Celtic landscapes.
On stage, the group cultivates a warm and authentic atmosphere, where closeness with the audience is an integral part of the experience.

Each concert thus becomes a moment of shared connection, blending rhythmic intensity with timeless gentleness.
