The first Honey Festival invites you to discover the fascinating world of bees through guided tours of the hive, honey-extraction demonstrations, an exhibition, a candle-making workshop and a market .
Programme subject to change:
10.00 am: doors open to the public
11.00 am and 3.30 pm: guided tours of the beehive
11.30 am and 4 pm: honey extraction demonstrations
Throughout the day:
• ‘Bees and People’ exhibition • Candle-making workshop • Market selling bee products, featuring 10 local beekeepers
