The 2025 edition has a very special significance: last summer, our region was severely affected by devastating wildfires, leaving scars in our landscapes as well as in the daily lives of our winemakers. These women and men, guardians of our heritage and expertise, continue to move forward with courage and determination. Their work and passion deserve our support more than ever!
During these two days, in the heart of the Bastide Saint-Louis, come and discover and taste the finest wines of our department in a festive atmosphere. It’s the perfect opportunity to raise our glasses to their courage, to our terroirs, and to the convivial spirit that brings us together.
Initiated by the City of Carcassonne to support the winemakers of the Aude and to showcase the products of our terroir alongside local culinary trades, the Wine Festival has become the unmissable event for wine lovers, gastronomy enthusiasts, and festival-goers.
In collaboration with the Chamber of Agriculture of Aude, this popular festival invites the public to meet and exchange directly with professionals, tasting their wines and enjoying regional culinary specialties.
In total, more than thirty stands of wine merchants and local producers await you on Place Carnot from 6 p.m. to midnight, for a true moment of sharing and celebration, animated each evening by bandas, musical groups, and DJs.
