TOULOUSE
The famous rowing regatta pits top schools and companies against each other and takes place between the Pont Saint-Pierre and the Pont Neuf. Opposite the Port de la Daurade, six crews compete to conquer the Pink Row and become “King of the Garonne” for a year. A spectacular sporting and solidarity challenge.
The Garona Cup regatta is the only one of its kind in Europe, with crews made up of both men and women, putting Toulouse on a par with Boston and London. Come and cheer on the finest crews from Toulouse schools in the heart of the old town! This excellent sport, which is also an Olympic discipline, conveys strong values such as a sense of belonging, awareness of the water, sporting effort, preparation over time and commitment over the long haul.
