CRUZY
Among the companies supported by La Saison, Les Renards holds a special place. *Tadam*, their latest production presented last season, once again captivated audiences of all ages. Building on this partnership, which is becoming increasingly popular throughout the region, we invite you to rediscover one of their greatest hits, *Grou!*
Just like every year, Charles celebrates his birthday all by himself in his kitchen. And just like every year, he makes a secret wish as he blows out his candles, exactly as his Grandma taught him.
But this year, a Cro-Magnon man brandishing a flaming torch bursts through the oven door. Grou! (that’s his name) seems to be none other than a very, very, very distant ancestor who has come to help Charles make his wish come true.
Together, they embark on a grand journey through the ages on an epic journey through human history. The dizzying adventures of this unlikely duo become an ode to human life and its evolution—at times absurd, at times magical. A true children’s story—imaginative and well-crafted—one of those that the company does so well…
