AGDE
The Génération Music association is back this summer with a new edition of ‘Itinéraires Nomades’, a series of artistic and cultural walking tours through the heart of Agde’s historic centre.
These unique walks, combining theatre, music, dance and heritage discovery, offer an evocative insight into the history and culture of a nomadic people
Three events for an immersive experience. The public is invited to take part in these free tours on Mondays 3 and 17 August, from 6.30 pm to 8 pm, and on Saturday 19 September, from 10 am to 12 noon.
The starting point is the Agde Tourist Office, at 1 Rue du 4 Septembre.
From the old town centre to the Agathois Museum of Arts and Folk Traditions, participants are guided through iconic alleyways and squares in a lively and poetic production directed by Olivier Cabassut.
A guided stroll combining art and memory
The walk is enriched by the fascinating commentary of a tour guide from the Mission Patrimoine Littoral, part of the Cap d’Agde Méditerranée Tourist Office.
Thanks to this collaboration, each stage of the route becomes a bridge between memory, heritage and contemporary artistic expression.
A free event open to all
The “Itinéraires Nomades” are the perfect opportunity to rediscover Agde in a different light, combining an artistic perspective with its rich history.
Free and open to all, these events promise memorable experiences and moments of togetherness in the heart of the town.
A journey to enjoy with family, friends or on your own, as you discover Agde’s living history.
