Virgil’s first steps were giant strides: television appearances and concerts followed one after another. In this regard, his quest for perfection led him, as he wandered, to cross paths with the greatest artists, from Iglesias to Lama. But neither the man nor the artist is the sort to let success go to his head.
He possesses, to the highest degree, the rare sensitivity of a devoted man, wholly focused on his art – a focus that has led him to encounter thousands of gazes and just as many destinies – yet, despite it all, he remains, above all, an artist.
