One-hour cooperative games for 8- to 12-year-olds, with Pilates for accompanying adults during that time, followed by one hour of games for adults and children.
A time when parents can practice Pilates while children ages 8–12 enjoy cooperative games. Then, an intergenerational session where parents and children play together. One facilitator for each workshop: Nathalie Givois for Pilates and Olivier Papin for the games
