TOULOUSE
You’ll find them in the Archaeology Village in the museum garden and on the permanent tour of the Musée Saint-Raymond. On the programme: original, interactive activities: learn how to decipher archaeological remains, discover prehistoric artefacts (skulls, flint and bone tools, etc.), go behind the scenes of the archaeologist’s profession, or test your skill by gluing together broken vases!
This weekend is also an opportunity to :
– Take advantage of guided tours that are free but must be booked in advance (In the footsteps of the Tolosa Roman wall, conservation secrets, melted and bronzed, an archaeological site under the museum or all Romans, some more than others).
– Enter the archaeological crypt of the former Saint-Pierre-des-Cuisines church to discover exceptional archaeological remains under the auditorium. (Sunday at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm).
– Access to the museum’s permanent collection and temporary exhibition (free all weekend).
