Jon Onj is a French singer, singer-songwriter and producer active in the R&B, soul and neo-soul scenes, based between Paris and Marseille. He is developing a solo project centred on a style he describes as “soulwave”, blending contemporary R&B, funk and electronic influences.
He made a name for himself with his debut album *FOCHAIN* (2021), which marked the start of his rise to prominence on the French alternative scene. He then continued with a busy schedule of live performances and new material, working with a “live band” and playing numerous gigs across France and at festivals.
In 2025, he released his second album, TEKIBAMA, which cemented his hybrid style blending soul, R&B and modern grooves, and further raised his profile in the specialist media and the French neo-soul scene.
