The Échappée Viassoise 2026, an event that is particularly close to our hearts!
The must-see nature race on the Hérault coast is back for its 8th edition.
Organised by Vias Trail Running, the Échappée Viassoise offers several formats accessible to all in a friendly, festive and family atmosphere.
The courses take place on varied terrain alternating between tarmac and paths, between vineyards, the Canal du Midi, the Libron bridge and the seaside.
These are fast, rolling nature races with no significant elevation gain, ideal for challenging yourself or aiming for a fast time. Four formats are on the programme: a 21 km, an 11 km, a 6 km accessible to as many people as possible, as well as free children’s races with on-site registration.
L’Échappée Viassoise is a 100% volunteer-run event on a human scale, offering a warm welcome, a cold beer at the finish line and a friendly atmosphere to continue the party after the race.
