Notice to epicureans and seafood lovers! Meet at the Oursinade du cap d’Agde for a gourmet and festive weekend. Come and taste pond and sea urchins, accompanied by delicious local wines!
Book the first weekend of April to taste delicious pond and sea urchins, and good wines* from our local producers (sale by the glass and bottle) in a festive and gourmet atmosphere! Like a holiday air before the holidays… iodized flavors, friendly atmosphere and gustatory pleasures to share!
The sea urchin, declined in different recipes, and local wines will be the stars of the weekend, but many other local specialties will be on the menu: brasucade of mussels proposed by the Festival Committee of Agde and Cap, stuffed mussels from the Brotherhood of pranksters and pranksters of the Pays d’Agde, tielles, shells, cheeses, fruit trays, or even fougasses…!
On Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 6pm non-stop, you will be welcomed by our local producers in a friendly and musical atmosphere,
An event organized by the association L’oursinade du Môle in partnership with La Route des Vignerons et Pêcheurs, the Agglo Hérault Méditerranée, the City of Agde, the Tourist Office Cap d’Agde Méditerranée and Sodeal Agde.
