From the Maison des Orpellières, a presentation of the site will immerse you in its atmosphere, before a shuttle takes you upstream. From there, you can paddle at your own pace to the Maison des Orpellières pontoon.
Let yourself be carried along by the tranquil waters of the Orb, past typical Mediterranean landscapes. The route takes you along the unspoilt banks of the Orpellières Nature Reserve, rich in local flora and fauna. You’ll witness a gradual natural transition: from the tall trees at the start to the reed beds lining the estuary.
As you approach the sea, sailboats and small seaports enrich the scenery, gradually immersing you in the maritime world.
There are three distances to choose from (4 km, 6 km or 8 km), depending on the weather, your mood and your current level of fitness. Allow up to 3 hours for the full experience.
