When a love story changes the course of history
The latest production from the “Téméraires” team!
Love stories often end badly. But some change the course of history… 1933. Germaine Sablon, one of the capital’s most popular singers, is performing in a cabaret. In the audience is Joseph Kessel, a journalist, author, aviator and adventurer. It’s love at first sight, but war breaks out and transforms the lives of the two lovers
Today, all of Germaine Sablon’s songs have been forgotten… All except one. The one they created together: *Le Chant des partisans*. Blending political speeches, songs and cabaret numbers, *Le Chant des lions* is a heart-warming call to resistance.
