On the programme: a giant meal and the warmth of the big red and black tables! Head to Hall 8 to savour a menu with a South-Western flavour, starting with Ceviche of lean meat, ajo blanco, crunchy onion and herb oil, followed by a shoulder of piglet cooked at low temperature, grenaille potatoes, a Mont d’Or to share, white wine, rosemary and grilled mussels, and to finish on a high note, a vanilla ganache, strawberry coulis with Espelette chilli, pistachio crumble and oxalis.
There’ll be plenty of entertainment on site, including DJ sets, concerts, tombola, photocalls, bandas, the Ovalion mascot and lots of surprises! Don’t miss this opportunity to celebrate with family and friends.
