Evening visit to the winery (30 min), followed by a tasting session accompanied by a local board. A journey through vineyards, olive groves and panoramic views of Montady, Narbonne and the Oppidum d?Ensérune, exploring wine from its Gallic origins to its gastronomic uses in ancient times.
