TOULOUSE
On the programme for the evening: a programme of cartoonish, bubblegum music
and a live R E V programme, devised and produced by the students.
Michele Bry, behind pastel vignettes populated with rabbits, donuts and lattes, hide tiny twee pop songs. Highly concentrated pop, not to be confused with hyperpop, but more akin to a tube of condensed milk: a familiar object of retromania, extremely sweet on the inside.
lülü collects and shares an eclectic range of styles that are always 100% fun, usually grouped together under the umbrella of bass music*.*Expect anything and everything between UK bass, spaceship house, swamp dubstep, cartoonish breakbeat, goofy bassline, nostalgic trip-hop, sprinkled with bubblegum pop, internet references and magical sparkles.
R E V, isdaT’s student radio station, is putting on a live show featuring a number of student sound projects, as part of the course run by Samuel Aden, Lionel Delteil and Aude Van Wyller.Alongside the event, research projects in signage, scenography and wireless broadcasting devices will be presented.
