Accompanied by his wife Julie, Octave moves to Paris to complete his training as a notary.
This sensible young couple find the quiet flat they’d been dreaming of.
They soon get to know their neighbours, Charlie and Léon, a pair of eccentric men in their fifties who are set to make their lives a living hell.
But they have no idea just how much… Octave and Julie are determined not to let them get the better of them.
